Abstract (EN)
In our resarch titled ? Adaption, Efficiency and the Problems of the Primary School teachers from outher clepartments in 1996 and later?. It?s investigated, teachers? problems, overview of their business, adaptions and teaching efficiency, it has been reached 109 primary school teachers from outher clepartments in the district of İstanbul Sancaktepe. Resource scan method is used in this descriptive study. Taking expert?s opinion datas are collectted with the questionnaire developed by Erhan SAYGILI. The result of the implementeal survey in each of three issues (Efficiency, Compliance, Problems) teachers? opinions assigned from outher departments are separately assessed according to genders, graduation, serioririty and having pedagogical formation or not.
