Abstract (EN)
Cancer, the uncontrolled growth and spread of abnormal cells presenting the features of human biological, psychological, social, and economic-threatening disease with a variety of sizes. Though it is known as a synonym for the words cancer and tumor formation of tumors in two of formation of this situation really be explained by phase. These facilities are malignant and benign tumors. Although many causes of cancer eating disorders, genetic factors, environmental factors are major.There are various methods of cancer treatment. Surgical procedure, radiation therapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy frequently referenced methods.From the first moment of the disease are faced with many aspects of cancer treatment and care is very costly and brought financial difficulties, which affects the individual socio-economic and psychological aspects of disease process. Due to economic concerns, the medical treatment of patients and observed a half left.The most frequent response, the expectation of death caused by cancer, to lose control over their lives.Cancer diseases in developed and developing countries of the world and in our country the rate of 22% after the second leading cause of death and cardiovascular diseases. The global cancer burden has increased more than two times during the past 30 years, 12 million people worldwide each year and 7.6 million people die of cancer diagnosed in cancer. Necessary measures are not taken with the type of cancer, increased cancer burden worldwide in 2030 and 17 million deaths, 26 million new cases of cancer are expected to reach the diagnosis. With the rapid increase of cancer cases expected in the low-and middle-income countries, including our country would be located. According to health ministry data for the year 2000-2006 there are 396 thousand cases of cancer each year and 140 thousand people lose their lives from cancer and 500 thousand in the next 20 years this figure is forecasted to rise. Each year an average of 150 thousand new cancer laboratory investigations, it is expected to reach 1.5 million within 20 years the number of patients.
