Between 2000- 2018 the treat of divan literature in secondary literature course books

ABSTRACT This thesis has been prepared in order to reveal the importance given to Divan Literature in secondary education institutions. In "Introduction of this thesis the information was given about divan literature. Between 2000-2018 the colophon of 67 textbooks were given which are related to Turkish Language and Literature course in secendary schools. In first part in the textbooks examined; the authors and their works, verse and prose texts in the textbooks, the style of teaching Divan Literature were explained. In second part the answers of those questions and the answers of the questionnaire concducted to the teachers and the students were interpreted.
