ABSTRACT The Role and Importance Of The Audio- Visual Records and Analysis The Forensic Cases 2001-2005 Adana Nowaday, we live in a technology age and science has been improving very fastly. In development of this technology age, audio and visiual records are validity, during crime analysis process which is believed every thing that you thing is an evidence, Audio-visiual records and technical devices that can keep the knowledge electronical may be the only one evidence of the case and help crime units and the trial process, to arrest the suspects. Also records devices are felt themselves as a certain evidence. Audio-visiual records had been started to use as an evidence since 18.Centruy by the different countries courts. This study was designed to search the role and importance of the audio- visiual records and analysis the Forensic Cases between 2001-2005, in Adana. Firstly, it is informed about the devices for audio-visual records, sources of the records, ways of the getting records and analysis and formal process of the records during the judgement. The cases had been indicated which were kept by the security Unit of Police Department, in that term. At the conclusion there were some suggestions about the protecting of the evidences, analysing of the experts and standardation of the staffs.
