2005 language description course investigate with the concept its general and special goals and teacher ideas

Education systems become active with educational programs covering the activities him to realize the officide goals found national education in an education institution . Education programs had planned to run an education aetruity.The main purpose of this research is to investigate the concept general and special goals of 2005 Language Description Course Program. The assesment of the program based on the wiews of Turkish Language and literature Teachers on it.The population of the research includes 38 official high school in Çanakkale city center, Biga, Bayramiç, Lapseki, Gelibolu and Gökçeada towns. The teachers working in all designated high schools and runnig the Languace Description Course Program and also volunteers to answer the poll questions have formed the population of this research.The necessary data has been achieved via literature scanning and pol application.In this respect,firstly,aimed at the matter of the research,publications and books were scanned and the theoretical frame of the research has been formed.Then,the pool questions have been improved with the help of literature scanning.SPSS 15 packege program has been uset for analyzing the data that was optained by applying the poll.The poll has got to parts,in the first part; frequency,prcentage, arithmetic average and standard deviation values have been determined and charted.Then, one-way ANOVA analysis technique has been used in comparing the teachers personal features with the mentioned dimensions and to determine the source of diffrence in their views it was benefited from Tukey test.The research consists of four parts. In the introduction part ; under the heading of research problem taken the theoritical knowledge links to language and Description them purpose and subpurposes, importance, suppositions, definitions of the research have been taken place. In the 2nd part, the method of research has taken place. The findings achieved at the end of the research and their interpretaions have taken place in the 3rd part. Finally, the results of the research and suggestions have taken place in the 4th part.According to the findings obtained from the research, Turkish Language and Literature Teachers have given positive answer to the poll questions on the assesment of the concepts and goals of the Language Description Course Teaching Program.It ıs seen that our teachers have the similar view about the gender, seniority and educatinal level in assesment applications.According to the results obtained the research, some suggestions have been made to the researchers and Applicators.Key words: Language Description Program, goals and concepts, Çanakkale high schools.
