Important decisions taken in Divan-ı Hümayun in the Ottoman Empire were recorded in Mühimme registers as provisions. Thanks to these notebooks, it is possible to have information about many subjects such as the political, administrative, social and economic structure of the state. For this reason, the mühimme registers are among the most important archival sources of Ottoman History. Pages 1 to 64 of Mühimme Notebook No. 30 and dated 1577 constitute the main part of the study. This transcribed notebook includes various topics such as some appointments, the security of cities and towns, the repair of some castles, banditry incidents, and provides guiding information to researchers on various issues of the period. In this thesis study, the summary of the judgments was prepared by transcribed from page 1 to page 64 of Mühimme Book No. 30, and the index was prepared and added to the last part of the thesis.
