Transcript and evaluation of Number 317 Midyat Şer'iyye Record (Hicri 1328-1334 / G.C. 1910-1916)

Şer'iyye record are one of the most important sources for historical researc. Because of incuding document and data, they comprise social, economic, administrative and military datas in their written periot especially on enlightening Ottoman history. Number 317 Şer'iyye records contain the cases which were reached to Ottoman coords between 1910-1916. Number 317 Midyat Şer'iyye records inform us about aprroach of Ottoman Law in cases such as marriage divorce and in heritance that were reached to the court in Şe'riyye Courts not only Muslims do.
