Abstract (EN)
Number 6 Nâme-i Hümâyûn Book is the book containing the correspondence between the Ottoman Empire and foreign states and with the rulers of the regions subject to the Ottoman Empire between 1115-1133 Hijri / 1703-1721 AD. In the book, there are copies of names, letters, engagement, temessuk, kaime and the work consists of 523 pages in total. However, in this study p. The part between 151-300 was discussed. Correspondence is written in naskh calligraphy and is legible. The book contains Arabic names sent to the emirate of Mecca and Persian letters from Iran and Uzbek khans. When we look at the content, we look at the Crimean khan, the Mecca sheriff, the Uzbek khans, the Kalmuk melik, the Kazakh ruler, the king of Persia, the king of Morocco, the king of France, the queen of England and Scotland, the Nemçe Chasar, the Russian tsar, the Genoese republic, Venice There are copies of the names sent to and from the dojuna, the king of Poland and Sweden. In addition, the engagement-i hümâyûn, which states that the Prut Agreement made by the guardian of Bender İsmail Pasha and the vizier Baltacı Mehmet Pasha was approved from the internal correspondence; There is a copy of the Edirne Treaty with the Russians and the Tajidname from the Russian tsar. Most of the letters were appointed as ambassadors, the implementation of the Karlowitz Treaty, the 1700 Istanbul Treaty with Russia, the Swedish king XII after the Poltava war. The problems with Russia as a result of Karl's refuge in the Ottoman Empire, the Prut War and the Treaty, and the Edirne Treaty are included. In addition, letters were sent to Crimea for the purpose of invitation to the expedition, the defense of Azov and the settlement of the Noghay people. Letters sent to the sheriff of Mecca, on the other hand, are about the appointment and dismissal of sheriffs, the establishment of peace in the Hejaz and the surre regiments. The purpose of our study, III. Ahmet (1703-1730) evaluates the historical events of the period, the domestic and foreign policy followed by the state within the framework of the letters in the notebook and other sources.
