Özet (EN)

Consumer credit contracts are regulated in the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502, between article 22 and article 31. The legislator has created a dual distinction in the context of provisions to be applied after putting this contract together with its definition and general outlines. The legal relationship that we have in the separation and which we specifically deal with is consumer credit contracts for a certain period of time. In our work, firstly a general information about consumer credit contracts is given and compared with similar types of this contract. Afterwards, consumer credit contracts for a certain period of time are considered from different angles, from establishment to the end. In this context when appropriate, it has been tried to refer to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077 and the related legislation of the European Union.
