Abstract (EN)
The foreign relations in the first Abbasid era (132-235 AH / 750-850 AD) with its diplomatic and cultural aspects are important issues in the history of relations with the East and the West. In the era of the Prophet, his envoys passed away in the sixth year of the Hijra, carrying his books to the heads of the major states and neighboring countries of the State of Islam, offering them Islam and peace. During the era of the Rashed Caliphs and the era of the Umayyad state, the circle of foreign relations with neighboring countries and powers expanded, and in the first Abbasid era, the Abbasid state was a wide country, and it made it close to many countries, which forced it to organize healthy relations with neighboring countries and powers., Muslim ambassadors were able to reach the tiles and palaces of kings and emperors in the East And the West. These reciprocal political, cultural and scientific activities also contributed to developing the cultural and intellectual life of the parties. The first Abbasid era (132-235 AH/750-850 AD) represents the era of the scientific movement in the Islamic state. The cultural relations of the Abbasid state with other states such as Ancient Greece and the Persian Empire began to develop. Especially these foreign cultures are the elements that revive Islamic civilization and are a source of knowledge and inspiration for Islamic thought.
