(Abdulmajid Tosyawi and his work called kiyâfet-nâme (analysis-text) )

This study that is titled "Abdulmajid Tosyawi And His Work Called Kıyâfet-nâme (Analysis-Text)" consists of two main chapters. The first chapter is onhis life, scholarly aspect and works of science. In the second part, Abdulmajid Tosyawi's work Kıyâfet-nâme is examined. A copy of the work is made accessible by these copies. Information aboutits scientific and historical development are given before evaluations in the introduction to this section. In the first chapter as mentioned above Abdulmajid Tosyawi'slife, his science and work's literary aspect are put forth for consideration. Abdulmajid Tosyawi has grown up in a mystical environment because of his father Nasuh Efendi who was thesheikh of Zayniyye sufi order. Continuing the mystical understanding inherited from his father, the author, reflectsh is morality and mysticism which may be considered simplein the main subject of this work. He has tried to make his work poetic so as to increase its memorableaspect and to inform people by his warnings and admonitions. İn the second part Abdulmajid Tosyawi's religious and mystical elements used in the work are examined. The thoughts and concepts that are found in the work of the author are identified and explained and clues about the idea of the author are tried to capture.In examining the work ofKıyâfet-nâme it is resorted to resourcesand dictionaries providing information about the source and subject.
