Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to investigate the acute effect of static and dynamic stretching exercises performed before, immediately after and 30 minutes after static and dynamic stretching protocols on anaerobic muscular performance in football players. 20 Male football players (Age: 22,68±2,28 years, Height: 176,20±5,45 cm, Body weight: 73,10±6,13 kg) who were on the football team of Afyon Kocatepe University participated in the study. The participants were first given a 10-minute submaximal run and then 10 and 30 m sprint, active vertical jump, flexibility, agility and lower leg strength tests were performed as a preliminary test. Immediately after the static stretching exercises and 30 minutes later, the same tests were applied again. One week later, the same protocols were applied and dynamic stretching exercises and tests were performed. Stretching at the end of the study protocols for the pre-pre-test values of static stretching on flexibility, while a statistically significant difference was found immediately after the tested values (27,93+26,34 although 6,15+6,44 cm, p<0,05) were statistically higher than dynamic stretching (p<0,05). Besides, stretching protocols immediately post-vertical jump (34,92+38,21 although 5,92+3,91 cm, p<0,01), agility (9,6429+43576 although 9,2524+ 55629 sec, p<0,05), 10 m sprint (1,72+14 although 1,59+113 sec, p<0,05) values of static stretching post-statistically compared with the data of dynamic stretching exercises were better. However, in the tests conducted 30 minutes after static stretching, it was found that the flexibility values were higher than dynamic stretching (27,41 +6.33 cm although 25.03+6.15 cm, p<0,05), besides, there was no difference in terms of agility, speed and strength values. As a result, testing of static stretching of the value of the flexibility is higher, although the values are lower anaerobic muscular performance, however, disappeared after 30 min of static stretching on anaerobic muscular performance, and the difference between the values of the post-it was determined that continued to a height in the value of flexibility. In the football branch, it is recommended to perform static stretches before the match and loading, since there is enough time between the flexibility exercises before the match or loading and the start of the match, and the flexibility values Decelerate more.
