Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was took samples as seasonal from Adana drinking water. In this samples were identified level of total aerob, total coliform, investigated fecal coliform and aimed to determined of antibiotics which were frequently used recently, resistance frequency. According to the biochemical analysis results, Adana drinking water didn?t include E. coli but the in common used public tap water was determined Pseudomanas sp, Klebsiella pneumonia and Shigella sp.Results were investigated as setting area and it was found that the samples of Seyhan country were better hygiene than samples of Yüreğir country. Isolates, determined antibiotics resistance shown that the most of resistance again cefazolin (% 80), after that Cefuroksim(% 40), Ampicilin(16.6) and Streptomycin(% 16.6), and were sensitive opposite of Cetrifiakson, Gentamycin and Imipenem respectively.It is end of the study, it was concluded that drinking water was not threat component of public health.
