Study upon educational and economical states and randaments of the sports trainers in Adana

VUL ABSTRACT STUDY UPON EDUCATIONAL AND ECONOMICAL STATES AND RANDAMENTS OF THE SPORT TRAINERS IN ADANA In this study, personal positions, educational and social-economical states of the trainers in Adana has been researched. Totally 200 (178 male and 22 female) trainers have been included in this stidy. For this research a quesiionairre consisting of 43 question has been used. 13 questions are concerned with trainers' personal positions, 13 questions are concerned with educational states and 17 questions are concerned with trainers' social-economical states. Percent calculations, Student's T-test and variance analysis have been used for the statistical analysis. The results showed that 89% of the researched subject were male, 61% of the trainers are secondary school graduates and 15% of the trainers are working without having graduated a trainer course. At the same time it has been found that 21% of the subjects can not afford to go out on vacation because of the financial problems. 2/3 of the trainers believe that there is not paid enough attention to sports in Adana.
