Factors affecting the state of purchase and food safety study of attitudes and behavior in Adana

This investigation was planned and carried out, food consumers living in Adana, when purchasing and consuming health risks associated with the level of knowledge and attitudes examined food preferences factors involved and food safety-related behaviors aimed to determine. Data of the study, 385 food to consumers living in the city of Adana questionnaire to be administered by interview method was obtained.
