Abstract (EN)
In this study, with the help of use of Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE); technical, functional and behavioral performances of local government and Housing Development Administration of Turkiye (TOKI) were investigated. Physical residence analysis was done by using building evaluation techniques; planning, design and application problems were established in the mass housing building application. Satisfaction ratios of the users in the mass housings were determined.In the evaluation study; opportunities and threats for the mass housing applications were established. The main aim was; by the help of the data and explanations it would be possible to get more feasible applications were used in the future projects.At the final stage of the project; some technical, functional and behavioral advices were given which are noticed during the research of the problems in mass housing buildings.
