For this reason, nonparametric tests were used to investigate the differences between the groups and Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis H test were applied. Dunn's test, one of the nonparametric multiple comparison tests, was used to determine the differing groups in the variables with three and more groups. In the analysis of the data collected in the research, 95% confidence interval was taken into consideration. As a result of the candidate teachers working in Siirt province; It was determined that their attitudes towards the MoNE Candidate Teacher Program which was put into practice as of 2015-2016 Academic Year were positive and they perceived their professional self-efficacy at a high level.
