There are many studies regarding the effects of stem cell application on neuropathic pain. In these, mesenchymal stem cells obtained from bone marrow (MSC) have shown regenerative effect. Role of different substances in culture medium in proliferation of MSCs, migration and regenerative effect was revealed by research. MSCs stimulated with adrenergic agonist adrenaline, antagonist propranolol and phentolamine applied to damaged area to investigate motor coordination and pain parameter on each group. Peripheral neuropathy, nerve-muscle tissue is known to have various modifications. Impact of stimulated MSCs on these tissues were histopathologically examined. We aimed to determine neuronal marker gene effect of adrenaline mesenchymal stem cell. Methods: Mononeuropathy will be created with sciatic nerve ligation, 24 hours later adrenaline, propranolol and phentolamine induced MSC will be applied to intramuscular on control, sham, neuropathy, neuropathy+ MSC, neuropathy+ adrenaline stimulated MSC, neuropathy + adrenaline + propranolol stimulated MSC and neuropathy + adrenaline + phentolamine stimulated MSC groups. Cold allodynia and motor coordination test will be applied to these groups in fourth, sixth and tenth weeks. At the end of tenth week sciatic nerve and soleus muscle will be removed and examined under light microscopy and electron microscopy. Effect of adrenaline mesenchymal stem cell on neuronal markers RT-qPCR Beta III tubulin, Nerve Growth Factor and Nestin mRNA expression will be studied In this study, we aimed to investigated the effect on nerve-muscle coordination determined by reference to the pain and gene expression as a result of MSC stimulated with adrenaline applied to peripheral neuropathy
