Abstract (EN)
In the study, firstly the concept of system is defined and ideas and views about open and green space system are mentioned. The whole city of Adiyaman which is a research area has been analyzed from the point of view of this data by taking into consideration structure of the physical (topography, hydrology, soil etc.) and socio-cultural (historical development, population, transportation etc.) . In this study, the process of urban development of Adıyaman was evaluated within a certain historical period. In the study, firstly the concept of system was defined and the green space systems in terms of spatial, hierarchical and temporal continuity within the present macroform of the city and the proposal of future solutions was developed .
