Abstract (EN)
Afghanistan is considered as an agricultural country when evaluated worldwide and on a regional basis. According to the US Agency for International Cooperation (USAID) and agriculture statistics, 80 %of Afghanistan's people are active in agriculture and animal husbandry. 52 %of Afghanistan's gross national income is provided by the agricultural sector. The agriculture and livestock sector has an important share in the country's exports. Although Afghanistan is an advantageous region both in terms of its geographical location and lands, up-to-date agricultural technology is not used in the region. In addition, there are not enough cold storage rooms and packaging systems. However, Afghanistan has to make production in the lands reserved for agriculture by making use of opportunities such as the pesticide system, packaging system, logistics transport system, and the agricultural products obtained by this production must be delivered to the world markets. In this way, a significant solution is provided to the problems of unemployment, low income, illegal human migration and refugee problems. In addition, when a significant part of the land is actively used for agriculture, the cultivation of drugs will decrease, and the income source of the opposition forces will also decrease. In this context, peace will be relatively achieved throughout the country.
