Abstract (EN)

In this research, the effect of networking behavior on subjective career success and the moderation effects of emotional intelligence and formalization between these two variables was examined. By using scales with high validity and reliability, 360 survey data obtained from various bank employees that are operating in Adana province, were analyzed. According to the findings; networking behavior has a positive and significant effect on subjective career success and the emotional intelligence and formalization also have the moderation effects between networking behavior and career success. In addition, it was also tested whether networking behavior differs depending on the demographic characteristics. According to these results; gender, managerial position, age, education level, work experience, working unit and position differed in terms of networking behaviors.
