A comparison between the interpretations of judgement in term of method: The samples of Cassâs, Harrâsî and İbn Arabî

The interpretation which to comment Quranic versicle on the fiqh are classifed as the interpretations of judgement. The companions of Prophet Muhammed asked confusing verses to him in the revelation period. These questions served as a basis for commentaries of judgement. Our study consists of introduction and two chapters and conclusion. In our thesis we made a comparison between commentaries of Cassâs, Harrâsî and İbn Arabî.In the introduction we noted shortly themes of the Quran and the factors which affect on the formation of exegesis of judgament independently. It is also mentioned improvement of the exegesis of the judgament and some examples of this kind of interpretation.In first chapter dealed with tafsır, hadis, fıkh, language and other sources that Cassâs, Harrâsî and Ibn Arabî are used in their commentaries. And it is explained commentator?s methods of tafsir and their opinions on the topics such as muhkem, mutaşabıh, nasih and mensuh.In the following chapter it is explaned the sources such as Quran, sunnah, icma and qıyas, and our commentator?s approaches to them.In the conclusion we expressed the some problems deal with the Interpretations of Judgement.Keywords: Judgament, Cassâs, Harrâsî, İbn Arabî, Method
