Abstract (EN)

The effects of change and the efforts made by business firms to adopt themselves to the change is a process that facilitate the institutionalization and institutional entrepreneurship, is a process to structure a different frame to support employees entreprenurship with the intention of placing the business firms in an innovative route. These two terms institutionalization and institutional entrepreneurship, can be seen as the key elements of family businesses that support the company?s stability and productivity. This study is focused on family businesses, the institutionalization and its components social responsibility, stability, professionalization, autonomy, transparency and institutional entrepreneurship along with the risk and proactivity that have effects on strategic change and modernism. In addition, the effects of demographic factors such as gender, age and education on the institutionalization and institutional entrepreneurship are also covered in this study. Data from the questionaire have been analyzed by using the statistical techniques. Research hipotheses, have been examined by the statistical techniques and the findings have been investigated on their effects on businesess. Findings and evaluations made with respect to their effects on family businesses.
