This study was conducted to analyse the administration problems which are start by the time with the generation conflicts and to find out how to solve this conflicts in family firms where they are remain in city of Gaziantep.The study was try to find out how these conflicts are making troubles in administration functions in family firms. The sample of the study with analyse of a questionnaire to find answers for solutions.For the sample study contacted with 300 family firms, talked with 140 of them and 127 of them has considered for the analysis.According to statistical analysis, family firms where they are remain in Gaziantep does not have problems in planning, coordinating and controlling fonctions but organising and operationining functions. Institutionalization and formal structure is the key solutions for the firms to be ready to having new generations without conflicts.
