Embracing in this comparison, Fırat University is introduced by using Flex program and AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) technology which forms Web 2.0. Also, RIA (Rich Internet Applications) is easily renowated which is instance for online catalog design. A road map including realization of the project and tracing methods are illustrated.
