Summary:To study the effect of treatment parecoxib on UUO which sintighraphic and histopatological impression at time obstruction of Adult male Spruge ? Dawley rats? kidney function .The study is including 30 Adult male Spruge ? Dawley rats and three group was composed that each one group 10 rats. We performed DTPA kidney sintighraphy to all of group. Group 1 was applied skin insision only and the other two groups left distal ureter are engaged. Following 5 mg/kg/day parecoxib performed to the third group. After 21 day, all groups were made DTPA kidney sintighraphy on anesthesia and then made bilateral nephrectomy which investigated histopatological.3. group at left kidney, according to 2. group congestion, glomerular congestion, intercitisial enflamation and congestion and changing of interstitial fibrosis was finding significant statistical .To improve İncreasing intercitisial fiber and dilatation of tubule parameter was meaningful at performing parecoxib. But this was not significant statistical.
