Abstract (EN)
Summary:To study the effect of treatment parecoxib on UUO which sintighraphic and histopatological impression at time obstruction of Adult male Spruge ? Dawley rats? kidney function .The study is including 30 Adult male Spruge ? Dawley rats and three group was composed that each one group 10 rats. We performed DTPA kidney sintighraphy to all of group. Group 1 was applied skin insision only and the other two groups left distal ureter are engaged. Following 5 mg/kg/day parecoxib performed to the third group. After 21 day, all groups were made DTPA kidney sintighraphy on anesthesia and then made bilateral nephrectomy which investigated histopatological.3. group at left kidney, according to 2. group congestion, glomerular congestion, intercitisial enflamation and congestion and changing of interstitial fibrosis was finding significant statistical .To improve İncreasing intercitisial fiber and dilatation of tubule parameter was meaningful at performing parecoxib. But this was not significant statistical. At parecoxib group was not meaningful statistical which bowman space extendition, enflamation of cortex, abscess of tubule, atrophy of epithelium and degeneration of ephitelium cell(Mann-Whitney U test)On sintighraphic eveluation,different of left kidney basal median GFR value with after obstruction basal median GFR value was 32.25 in 2. group , different of left kidney basal median GFR value with after obstruction basal median GFR value was 9.70 in 3. group. At these difference comparing was significant statistical. Reduction of discrimination in 3. group was result of Parecoxibe? s benefical effects on the kidney(Mann-Whitney U test).We aimed the end of the sintighraphic and histopatological impression; function defect of kidney?s less in performing parecoxib group and parecoxib using can benefit on the kidney untill disappear of obstruction.
