Özet (EN)

Objective: We aimed to investigate the clinical features and one year outcome of the acute coronary syndrome patients with non-significant coronary atherosclerosis documented with CAG. Methods: Between 2009 and 2012, 150 acute coronary syndrome patients with non-significant coronary lesions enrolled in the study. Baseline characteristics, coronary risk factors and one year mortality assesed retrospectively. Results: Mean age was 62±13 years. %64 of the patients were male and % 36 were female. Patients with HT and DM were % 60 and % 20 respectively. Most of the patients hopitalised with UAP. 11 patient (%7,3 ) diagnosed with STEMI. Troponin levels were positive in 53 (%35,3 ) patients. %41 of the patients had isemic changes on EKG and % 24 had SWMA at ECO. At one year 8 patient died and 4 of them were diagnosed with ectazia-slow coronary flow, 2 of them were diagnosed with non-critical koronary arteries ant 2 of them were diagnosed with normal coronary arteries. Mortality rate was significantly heigher in ectazia-slow flow group when compared with other groups. Also high troponin levels were associated with mortality. Conclusion: In our study, we evaluated that mortality rates are lower for ACS patients with non-significant coronary arteries than with significant coronary artery patients. High troponin levels and coronary ectazia are associted with mortality and these patient should be followed closely. Keywords: ACS, coroner ectasia-slow flow, mortality, normal coronary arteries,
