Abstract (EN)
In the first part of this study pure D2O and variety of H2O / D2O mixtures was examined by proton NMR. The radiation damping (RD) effects on the inversion recovery IR-FID and Spin-Echo (SE) signal sets, and also on the IR-T1 and SE-T2 curves were examined versus increasing delay times. İt was concluded that either the IR-FID and SE signal sets or IR-T1 and SE-T2 curves of pure D2O were not effected by the radiation damping. At the second stage increasing amounts of albumin rate were added to the mixtures of 0.1ml H2O/0.90ml D2O and 0.15ml H2O/0.85ml D2O. The albumin removed RD from solutions , and provived single exponential fit for IR-T1 and SE-T2 .It was concluded that increasing H2O rates in the solutions increases the RD effect , but increasing albumin rates decreases the RD effects. Keywords: Radiation Damping, NMR T1 and T2
