Özet (EN)
The intermediary roles of perceived insider status and work family conflict in the relationship between perceived organizational support and counterproductive work behavior (towards the organization and the individual) are examined in the present study. The study regarding the questioned relationships was carried out with a sample of 545 employees working in four-star hotels operating in the tourism industry in Istanbul and having Tourism and Hospitality Management certificates. Data obtained as the result of the study were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and LISREL 8.7 statistical package programs. Validity and reliability of the scales used in the study were primarily obtained. The correlation relationships between the variables were investigated and mediator analysis was applied. Finally, hypothesis of the model proposals identified based on the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) were tested. As a result of the analyses carried out, while a perceived insider status and work-family conflict had a partial mediation effect in the relationship between perceived organizational support and counterproductive work behavior (towards the organization), perceived insider status and work-family conflict was found out to have a full mediation effect in the relationship between perceived organizational support and counterproductive work behavior.
