Abstract (EN)
One of the most important objectives of today's enterprises is to preserve its existence in a sustainable competitive environment. Businesses need to be in constant struggle to increase their share in international markets to sustain their assets. In this competitive environment it depends on getting high performance, getting share from the market, increasing their productivity, promoting and improving the quality of business life. Another alternative is to respond to questions about how employees can be managed more effectively so they can achieve strategic goals and objectives, what they has been done, can be done and should be done to make them happier and more productive in their work life. That is why; the human element in the business has always been the subject of examination by managers and researchers. Particularly in the service sector, the workforce is very important in the efficient operation of an enterprise; so this importance is much more important in the hotel business. For this reason, efforts should be made to ensure that the employees, who will increase the productivity of the workforce within the enterprise, should become more efficient, more productive and at the same time happy to work, by integrating with it so that the hotel management can achieve maximum efficiency. From this point of view, the main purpose of the thesis is to determine the role of organizational support, perceived impact of subjective well-being and organizational justice in determining the power of this activity. The universe of the research is composed of people working in 5 and 4 star hotel enterprises in Denizli. The reason why the study has been done in the hotel establishments is that it provides uninterrupted service to these businesses where the tourism business is performed, the inter- employee relations and interactions are very intense, and this is characteristic of the sector which affect the cultures and employees. As a result of the research conducted, it has been determined that justice plays an intervening role between perceived organizational support and subjective well-being. In addition, the respective effect of perceived organizational support and subjective well-being variables on individual perceptions of justice is included in the scope of this research.
