Abstract (EN)
Diagnoses of substance and alcohol addiction appear as mental problems that have a high tendency to become chronic and that progress with relapse and remissions. The risk of relapse that may develop after alkol/substance addiction treatment is high and relapses can have devastating consequences for the individual and his family. Therefore, reducing the risk of relapse as much as possible and extending the duration of remission is accepted as the basic principle of addiction treatment. While routine follow-up of individuals diagnosed with alcohol/substance addiction is an important issue in terms of preventing relapse risk, telepsychiatric methods that have developed in recent years draw attention in terms of patient follow-up. This study aims to develop a follow-up form to be used in outpatient care or post-discharge follow-up of individuals diagnosed with substance and alcohol addiction. Within the scope of the study, Lawshe Technique, which is a scale development method based on theoretical process, was used for the developed patient follow-up form. For this purpose, firstly literature review was done and the questions that could be asked to the patient group to be followed were determined (draft form). Then, an expert group was formed within the scope of Lawshe Technique (n: 38) and the experts were consulted for the compatibility of the questions in this draft form prepared. Within the scope of the opinions received from the expert group, CVR (content validity ratio) and CVI (content validity index) of each of the items that can be included in the follow-up form were calculated and 22 items were found to be valid according to statistical data (Lawshe Technique). Finally, with the determination of the applicable items, a "telepsychiatric follow-up form" was developed to be used for routine follow-up of individuals diagnosed with substance/alcohol addiction.
