In the present scientific thesis, a competitive study was conducted of all the hadiths in which the question directed to the prophet -peace be upon him- by the companions -may Allah be pleased with them- on the subject of sales and marriage. Also, analyzed them scientifically and explained their words, and linked most of them to what is common in modern era. The entire thesis consists of an introduction, an introductory chapter, and two other chapters. In the introduction, the researcher explained the importance of the research, the reason for choosing it, the purpose of the research, previous studies, and research methodology. In the introductory chapter, the researcher explained what is related to the vocabulary of the title of the thesis, because everyone who deals with a topic by writing on it should not proceed to the heart of the topic directly unless after presenting a complete and clear picture of it first. In the first chapter, he dealt with it and the concepts of selling, its rule, the wisdom of its legitimacy and its pillars, then recounted the hadiths in which the question was asked about sales, and then shed light on what the hadiths contain from a scientific point of view. In the chapter, he dealt with the concept of marriage, its pillars, purposes, and the wisdom of its legitimacy. Then he brought up the hadiths in which the question was asked about marriage and what the hadiths included from the jurisprudential aspect of showing the weighting of the statements received by the researcher, Then, he ended the research with a conclusion and the most important results of the thesis and recommendations for students of science.
