To Desing A Database For Infrastructure Related Spatial Information Population growing brings many problems itseft. One of those problems is lack of the establishment of infrastructure facilities such as sewerage, water, heating, telephone etc. These services also require some mapping activities. Such activities are done underground. In that case many difficulties in terms of time and money can be faced. In this study, an infrastucture spatial information system has been designed for the main campus of Karadeniz Technical University. Firstly, some underground facilities objects were collected by digitizing process, then spatial editing and analysing were made using Arc View GIS software.
