Operating working stress in effects of burnout syndrome

Constant communication with each other while they are unable to live in their communities and the world. People reveal their personal talents and interests , or carry them on . Therefore, people need to change. The aim is to increase one change people's motivation and job satisfaction levels . In business, communication in bulk institution where people work , are very important in terms of satisfaction rates and job satisfaction of employees. In institutions that establish positive communication in the work environment , employees are satisfied and because it is eager to work on the desired level and quality products and services can be produced. Communication occurs between the negative environment in which agency employees working life , employers, employees and service of producing quality unhappy and unwilling to be targeted by the authorities due to the work environment are becoming products and services can not be produced . The study has been taken so as to analyze the effect of stress level of surgery room workers in Antalya Training and Research Hospital on burnout syndrome. 200 medical workers, in total, have joined in the study. Research data have been acquired through the survey method in which Maslach burnout measure is used. The analysis of the study has been done via SPSS. At the end of the study, it has been seen that there is a statistically difference between burnout levels and individuals' income rates, ages, marital status, type and year of working, education levels and having a child or not.
