Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to point on the effects and importance of the professional conceptual courses on art education processes at Anatolian Fine Arts High Schools.In the frame of the study, the opinions of students and lecturers about qualification of professinal-conceptual courses? determined.The scope of this study is based on the students and teachers of Turkey?s Anatolia Fine Arts High Schools. The sampling, however, is formed by the 3rd and 4th class students and Professional-conceptual course teachers of three schools located in Kütahya, Balıkesir and Ankara.The method used in research is figurative method. Required information was retrieved by applying a questionary to 150 students and 50 of their teachers. In statistical analysis of data, by SPSS program, percentage, frequency and t-test were used.At the end of the research, unefficiency and unapplicability of Professional-conceptual courses given as lectures in Anatolian Fine Arts High Schools and disinterestedness of students? came forward.Proposals were presented in order to the evaluation of lectures improved through more appealing for education and for the education schedules to be re-evaluated.
