The effect of the managers and the factors that are effective in leading the students to teach in Anatolian teacher lycee

ABSTRACT The subject of this research is to determine the effect of the teachers and professional managers and the factors that are effective in leading the students to teach in Anatolian Teacher Lycee. To materialize this goal the attitudes are measured with four intervals has been applied on prep-class arid 11 class students and the teachers for professional information in order to detect their ideas. The survey model has been used in the research because of its convenience for topic and goal, so the status was tried to be emerged. The literature search was done. The survey which was prepared by checking the guide about the Anotolian Teacher Lycee was chosen by quota sample from 16 Anotolian Teacher Lycee in the Aegean Region and applied on 22 managers, 14 teachers for vocational information, 165 prep-classes and 191 11th class students in 6 Anotolian Teacher Lycee. To analize the personal information in the first section of the answers given for the items in the public survey; frequency (f), percentage (%), techniques; and to analize the items in the second section; frequency (f), percentage (%), standart deviation (S), aritmetical average (?£), were used. To compare the double variables, the test technique was used too. The meaningfiilness level was taken as p:0.05 so as to determine the difference between double variables whether it were meaningful or not. As a consequence of the findings, the general average of the answers which was related to the managers' ideas in the public survey items, was the "mainly" sufficient level, the general average of the teachers for the professional information was the "mainly" sufficient level, the general average of the prep-class students was the "mainly" sufficient level and the general average with the "mainly" sufficient level and the general averageof the 11* class students was the "sometimes" insufficient level. As it was specified in the definition section of the research, the general average is X=2.50 and its over for the manager, the teachers for vocational information and the prep-class students show that their ideas are within the limits of "sufficient level" and the general average is X=2.49 and its below for 11th class students shows that their ideas are within the limits of "insufficient level". These results support the fundamental aim of the research; it expresses that these factors lead the students of Anatolian Teacher Lycee to the job of teaching. IV
