People are influenced by places where they live. This influence may happen socially, culturally, physically and pschologically. They aren't just influenced by the places where they live, they also influence the places where they live. They contribute to these places in terms of social and cultural identity. In this case, there is a continuous interaction between people and place. When the concept "place" is considered, the first thing coming to mind, is the place where we live, i.e our houses. Everyone wants to protect themselves in one way or another. This protection instinct is valid for everyone regardless of social environment, tradition, cultural difference. For this reason, people design their houses according to their needs. From this point of view, houses are regarded as structures where the there is a strong relationship between organization of the places and social structure. It is observed that the spatial organization of houses shows the social and cultural structures of societies. The notion that soceties having different cultures have different spatial organizations appeared at houses, becomes more significant in time. By this perspective, the concept "spatial arrangement" and "spatial organization" influence societies at every platform. Lots of softwares were designed regarding the spatial analysis and these softwares ,in fact, are used for clarifying people's perception and using style about places. In this study, within Hacettepe District in Hamamonu region, the purpose is to investigate the spatial analysis of old plans and new plans of previously determined houses over the spatial graphics which are analyzed and design by computer softwares and thus thanks to this this method, it is aimed to clarify the change of the relationship of the place and the socal life overtime. Access and visibility graphs created by the softwares aim to show how the houses located in Hacettepe District in Hamamonu region, are influenced socially and culturally. In addition, considering both data obtained by this study and the relationship between society and house, another purpose is to investigate how the change in social plaform influences houses Key Words: Space synax, Hamamönü, Street rehabilitation
