Abstract (EN)

Turks, after embraced Islam in the time of Karakhanid, had tried to eliminate the lack of knowledge about new religion by translating the Quran, the holy scriptures of Islam. The translation of the work into Old Anatolian Turkish has been in the period of Beyliks. Our study is an interlinear Quran translation written in Old Anatolian Turkish. The interlinear Quran translations are the translations made by writing Turkish words under the Arabic text. With these translations, every word, term or notion in the Quran explained by the vocabulary of the Turkish language. Thus, the underline translations made in Anatolia are very critical in terms of showing the vocabulary of that period and the expressive power of the language. Our study consists of an introduction and two main sections. In the introduction part, information about the translation history of the Quran and Quran translation that written with East and West Turkish language, is given. Finally, in the Introduction section, information about the Translation of Anonymous interlinear Qur'an we are working on is given. In the first part, the phonetic features of the work, and in the second part, the form features of the work examined by examples that correlation with Old Anatolian Turkish.
