Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to determine phenolic contents and biological activities of Clavulina rugosa (Bull.) J. Schröt, Cyclocybe cylindracea (DC.) Vizzini & Angelini, Laccaria bicolor (Maire) P.D. Orton, Lactarius deliciosus (L.) Gray, Lactarius salmonicolor (L.) Gray, Macrolepiota excoriata (Schaeff.) Wasser, Mycena epipterygia (Scop.) Gray, Mycena galericulata (Scop.), Gray Suillus granulatus (L.), Suillus grevillei (Klotzsch) Singer mushrooms collected from Antalya province. In this context, ethanol extracts of the mushrooms were extracted and lyophilized. HPLC device to determine the phenolic content of macrofungi, modified agar dilution method to test its antimicrobial activities, Rel Assay commercial kits to determine antioxidant potentials and oxidative stress status and Cr, Cd, Cu, Ni, Fe, Zn, Pb, Mg, Mn and K levels were determined for mineral content by using atomic absorption spectrometry. As a result of the studies, a total of 10 phenolic compounds were determined in mushrooms. The highest TAS value was 5.254±0.125 mmol/L in M. excoriata mushroom, highest antimicrobial activity was observed in L. deliciosus, L. salmonicolor, S. granulatus and S. grevillei. In addition, it was determined that the element contents of the mushrooms varied among the mushrooms.
