Sophistic life in Antalya

In our study under the title of "Sophistic Life in Antalya ", Antalya cıty's geographic status, history, culture and structures that reached the present day were brıefly given. Under this thesis aims to light up the sophistic Life in Antalya the effects on society have been investigated and revealed the concept of Sûfîsm, and its choracakteristics, Sûfî mavements and cult that have shown the desire to spreod in Antalya, prominent sheikhs of the cult, the order in which the saint belonget is unknow, their lives and mausoleums. It were given information about Bektâşîyya, Halvetîyya, Mevlevîyya, Nakşibendîyya, Kadiriyya, Desukiyya tarîkats which were found in Antalya. The information obtained about the persons whose membership to the order could not be determined was based on the general public discorse and it was observed that there was not enough information. The sources that we can reach during our research were applied with the data collection technigue by using the 'field research/ source screening 'method. In light of the resulting data the sophistic Life in Antalya was examined.
