Abstract (EN)
Southeastern Anatolia Region, Gaziantep (Central, Karkamıs, Nizip, Oguzeli), Adiyaman (Central, Besni) and Sanliurfa (Central, Siverek, Hilvan, Suruç, Bozova, Halfeti, Birecik) 160 farmers, 61 agrochemical shops and 90 technical staff participated in survey. It has been determined that the GAP is only dealing with chemical problems against complex problems and that other methods of struggle are almost never implemented. In this context, a large number of farmers are proposing plant protection issues, needless to take recommendations from agrochemical shops and receive a large amount of chemical substances. In addition, pistachio agricultural activities are available. The GAP chambers are located in the places where the pistachios of the dealers engaged in pesticide activities have the right shape for the protection of the plants there and without unnecessary and untimely medicines. They should know that the GAP-based technical staff are not evaluated according to their field of expertise and how they produce to the farmers.
