Özet (EN)
The aim of this study is measurement of platelet activation faster, more accurately, more effectively and easily applicable by using quartz crystal microbalance systems (QCM). The real-time detection makes the instantaneous data acqusation possible. The usage of QCM increases in clinical diagnosis recent years and in this study an alternative method to the measurement of platelet activation is developed. In the first phase of the study, the modification of the silver electrode piezoelectric crystal surface is performed. Clearence of the crystal surface and cystamine immobilization to this surface is carried out respectively. After these processes, bindind of bifunctional glutaraldehyde to cysteamine is done. In the second phase of the study, binding of platelet activation sensitive ligands to glutaraldehyde bonded surfaces are perfomed. The presence of platelet activation is determined by using blood samples with anti-CD62P immobilized quartz crystals. By using this designed crystal as a biosensor a new method to recognize the activation of platelets is developed.
