Abstract (EN)

This thesis consist of two parts,In the first part, 2-Thiourasil was irradiated by gamma rays at 1,2,5,10,15 and 25 kGy irradiation doses. These dose values stay in the international dose limits accepted for radiation sterilization and dose-response curves were generated in this range. However; radiolytic intermediates products might be produced after irradiated. Thus, the types, structures, quantities and stabilities of these intermediates product must be determined.2-Thiourasil by gamma irradaited was studied in order to determine of the radical decay and to find out the structure, and using a bi-exponential function. We observed following radical concentrations,up to 4 weeks.Pharmaceutical raw material of 2-thiourasil is sensitive to radiation electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy was observed with. In the two parts, gamma irradiation of L-Alaninamid hydrochloride and L-Alanine methyl ester hydrochloride powder crystals were investigated by ESR .The radiation damage center was attributed to the CH3?HCONH2 .Radiation sensitiveness of two compounds were investigated. All three, for example by using the simulation program Mc Kelvey recorded the ESR spectra of paramagnetic centers, hyperfine structure constants and g values are calculated.
