Abstract (EN)

The cardiac valvular disease (CVD) is a still major health problem of the world. Despite the decrease insidance of acut rheumatic fever at the increased socialeconomic places, the cardiac valve disease insidance seems to be increased. The valvular heart disease is identified as calcific and dejenerative disease. Although seen less frequently according to coroner heart diseases, the valvular heart diseases are one of the most important causes of cardiac failure and sudden death.Because of the valvular heart disease requires high coast treatment, the need for preventive health duty is increasing. Although the role of oxidative stress in the patients is known, the less of follow up and treatment parameters draws attention at this study. In this study we attempted to display by the measurements of TAS, TOS, OSI the human redox balance namely oxidation antioksidation balance at the over 65 yeared valvular heart diseased patients. According to our findings this balance (OSI) is statistically significant increased (%37 ratio ) at the valvular heart diseased patients.Furthermore, the aort stenosed patients characterized calsification of valve endothel layer which is triggered by the osteogenetic mechanisms has been statistically significant increasing of TOS identified.İnfact the valves remain under the hemodinamic and mechanic forces and this accomodation takes an important part of biochemical progress (inflammation, oxidation, anjiogenesis, calcifitation, osteogenesis) at the disease survive,The correlation of atrium diameter via the activation of arilesteraz (ARE) is statistically significant identified by the measurment of cardiac ecocardiography. This can be as oxidative stres parameter of axess. To identify the less presence of oxide LDL on the valves at the coronary arter disease and cardiac failure envolved patiens and less on pulmonar valve according to the aortic valve is exactly overlapping our study establishes oxidative stres markers at CAH also need to look conviction. Our enzym activity measurments of PON 1 and ARE by using two different substrats of PON1 enzyme which prevens the oxidation of LDL takes part in the structure of HDL is statistically significant identified at cardiac valvuler disease (CVD) . HDL is serum vector for PON 1.Conclusion: Normally the antioxidant systems working in a coherent, prevents the cell from the toxic injury of free oxiygen radicalles. This is accomodated by the balance of oxidant\antioksidant in the organism. The patophisyologic progress of diagnose and follow -up is important for all diseases, have unique importance at the cronic and higy coast treatment required diseases. According to our knowledge there is no such a comprehensive study that includes ARE, PON activity, TAS, TOS and OSI measurement in the literature. In this regard has a nature of primanally study and constitues a resorce for more comprehensive and numerous studies. Also by using antioxidan systems in the CVD patients diagnosis and follow ups costitives the basis of the initiative of the PON 1 enzyme activity.
