Abstract (EN)
In this study, welding parameters that affecting the bonding of GR2 and Cu material pairs, which is not possible bonding with traditional welding methods, were investigated by diffusion welding using Al interlayer in the form of AA 1050. Taguchi optimization method was used as optimization method. The properties of the materials used in the study that can be combined with diffusion welding were examined, and appropriate welding parameters were tried to be discovered by using the existing equipment. Suitable sizes of GR2 and Cu materials were provided by using silicium carbide cutting disc and coolant for use in the experiments. The obtained pure samples were combined with the diffusion welding method with the help of temperature, waiting time and pressure parameters with different parameter levels. The mechanical properties of the interfaces and the optimum welding parameters were determined by applying shear tests to the GR2-Cu welded samples combined using Al interlayer. The structural properties of the welding interfaces were examined with optical microscope studies. In addition, hardness tests were performed on welded samples to determine of resistance of materials for unwanted situations such as scratching, cutting and abrasion. In the study, the experiment parameters were optimized using the Taguchi experimental design method as the optimization method. The Taguchi optimization method is an experimental design technique that reduces the number of experiments, saves time and cost, and tries to minimize the effects of undesirable factors. Analyzes of experimental data were performed by S / N and ANOVA studies according to the L9 orthogonal index with Taguchi optimization method. The most appropriate welding parameters were determined in the S / N studies. In variance analysis studies, it was calculated which parameter is more effective on the system and the accuracy rate of experimental studies.
