Abstract (EN)
This thesis aims to reveal how shar'i provisions are affected by understanding the Arabic language. In this thesis, the researcher attaches importance to proving the importance of the Arabic language and its superior position against other languages, declaring its emergence and related sciences, mentioning the views of different scholars on the Arabic language in this context, and also giving information about the science of fiqh, its birth and its reputable sects. The provision of learning the Arabic language is evaluated in terms of Arabs and non-Arab Muslims, and the provision of teaching the Arabic language is also investigated within this framework. The Arabic language is discussed as an effective factor for Islamic jurists and scholars to reach different opinions on religious and scientific issues, and the weakness in knowing the Shari'ah provisions that will arise if the Arabic language is not known is also mentioned. The connection between the issue of the caliph being Arab and Quraysh and the requirement for the mujtahid to know Arabic are also among the topics discussed.
