Abstract (EN)

The thesis titled ''The Political Transformation of the Concept of Law from Aristotle to Kant'' primarily aims to examine the understandings of law as proposed by Aristotle and Kant. The ideas of these two philosophers regarding the concept of law are adressed in a descriptive manner. The central focus of the thesis is the close relationship between law and politics. The mutual influence of law and politics is analyzed within the contexts of Aristotle and Kant. Additionally, a separate section is devoted to discussing Grotius, Pufendorf and Filmer.
