Abstract (EN)

: In this study, sociodemographic and professional factors such as gender, age, professional experience, experience working abroad, rural medical experience and marital status did not have a significant effect on the approach and experience of telehealth. Some differences in the approach to telehealth have been observed between branches: Family Medicine and Internal Medicine generally prefer telehealth for chronic disease monitoring and medication counseling, while its use is more limited in Emergency Medicine and some other branches. While Family Medicine and Internal Medicine branches have more difficulties in solving technical problems, Emergency Medicine and other branches solve these problems faster. While Family Medicine attaches high importance to measures such as strengthening the infrastructure and raising public awareness to increase the use of telehealth, other branches attach less importance to these issues. While Family Medicine, Psychiatry and Chest Diseases stand out among those who predict that telehealth services will be widespread in the future, this expectation is lower in other branches. In extraordinary situations such as pandemics, Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine emphasize contributions such as access to healthcare services and reducing the burden of healthcare personnel, while other branches have given more importance to factors such as reducing the risk of infection. In terms of technological developments, Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine have prioritized technologies such as smartphones and high-speed internet, while Dermatology and Psychiatry have placed emphasis on developments such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
