Özet (EN)

In our study, 241 blood samples were collected and used from different broiler hatcheries. In the study, out of 12 flocks vaccinated with NDV, the expected antibody titers (10507, 10454) and appropriate CV % (49, 50) were found in only 2 of them (Firm 1 and Firm 3). The antibody titers obtained out of the remaining 10 flocks were low (7346, 4987, 6876, 3382, 7912, 8461 and 7722) in 7 of them and CV % values were detected as 63, 78, 81, 75, 66, 61, 67. the antibody titers abtained from 3 flocks out of 10 were detected high (9771, 10169, 9967), therefore CV % values were detected high also (62 %, 73 %, 75 % respectively). In one of the flocks vaccinated with IBV (Firm 12), low titer (792) and high CV % value (85 %) were detected. The antibody titers obtained from 5 of the flocks were detected as 2477, 3883, 3987, 3876 and 1152. the antibody titer obtained from Firm 5 (2538) was found sufficient and CV % value was detected high (55 %).
