Özet (EN)

The time needed for esthetic performance of dental rehabilitations have become an important issue in dentistry;however, the strength, reliability and simplicity of the system in the use are even more important. Glass post-core systems are ready to use. On the hands, dentin-like appearence and structure of the posts meet the expectations of both patients and practitioners. The physical behavior of the glass posts similar dentin navigates the stresses generated beneath the occlusal loads without being detrimental to the tooth structures. Moreover, the development of adhesive technology led to a remarkable progress in the clinical success of glass post-core restorations.Dental technology is rapidly affecting the treatment options available to patients. Lasers have been used for many years in dentistry. In modern dentistry there are several clinical indications for laser applications. Adhesive resin is the link to the increase in order to connect to the surface of the preliminary preparation of the low-and high-speed rotary tools, air abrasion and laser. In the investigation 90 maxillary central incisors were extracted with different reasons were going to be used. While the value of the retantion has been examined 90 maxillary central incisors crown parts as being vertical 2 mm up toenamel cement magrin going to be prepared with diamond disk and under irrigation. Root canal were going to be enlarged by Endomotor and Glass posts systems drills as being at the same diameter. According to the enlarged canal, Er:YAG laser was applied. Glass posts surfaces be roughen up by different techniques (Hidrofloric acid, Cojet silica coating, Silane coupling agents, Al2O3 partical abrasion). Er:YAG laser irradiated teeth canal and the roughen up posts were going to be cemented to tooth canal using Adeziv Resin Based (Clearfill SA cement). Non-irradiated laser/the surfacetreatments posts and irradiated laser/no surface treatments posts were going to be cemented. All the teeth were then embeded into the acrylic resin mold and diamonssaw was used to prepare 6 sections through post dentin specimens each of 1 mm thickness. Push-out tests were performed at a cross-head speed of 0,5 mm/min. Data were analyzed with Wilcoxon and Freidman comparison test (p<0,005).The end of our study while adhesive cemented of the glass posts, the laser applications is effective in improving the bond strength and resulted with the highest bond strength values in silane/laser groups.
